It is now time for Tier Date Requests at Moody Performance Hall!!
Moody Performance Hall has opened the process for requesting event dates September 1, 2027 through August 31, 2028. Per the Booking & Reservation Procedures, to schedule events or activities at the Moody Performance Hall, requests may be submitted a maximum of 12 months in advance of the beginning of the season. An updated MPH Facility Request Form for the 2027/2028 season has been added to this page – all date requests for the 2027/2028 Season must be submitted using this updated form. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL EVENT, and be sure to include load in, rehearsal, and performance dates needed. The application deadline date for early consideration for the 2027/2028 season will be Monday, November 30, 2026. After all the requests submitted by this deadline are reviewed using the tier system, all other reservation requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
(Limited dates for the 2026-2027 season are still available and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.)
